- Since most events are held in Verona, membership is highly encouraged for those living in the Verona area. That area is defined as the 53593 zip code, the Verona School Distict, and the area of Madison bordered south by Mckee and West of the Madison- Fitchburg city line.
- You are invited to attend two events before you join. Please let the Membership Director know which events you plan to attend so that she can coordinate with the host.
- Once you decide to join, sign and complete the membership form and include your yearly dues of $25. This fee covers the cost of creating and mailing the membership newsletter, craft, office, and party supplies.
- Once your membership form is received you will be invited to join a private Yahoo! Group for members only. All email is distributed through the group address. At no time is this email address to be used for business, religious or political purposes.
- Members may attend or participate in all Verona Area Moms events and benefits. Please remember to RSVP to the host directly in a timely manner.
- As a member we encourage but do not require that you help fill our monthly calendar. Examples include: hosting a playgroup, Sing-a-long, or Moms Night Out in your home, or organizing and planning field trips.
- After one year, you will receieve a membership renewal letter. Checks should be made payable to Verona Area Moms Club; at this time you will also need to sign an updated Membership Liability Release Form.
