The Verona Area Moms Club is a support group just for you, the at-home mother of today, interested in the world around you, wanting a variety of activities for you and your children, and proud of your choice of at-home mothering for your family!
The goal of Verona Area Moms is to create a community for at home mothers, to reach out with encouragement, friendship, and support; creating lasting relationships for both mothers and their children. Verona Area Moms is a not for profit organization.
Verona Area Moms Club understands that being an at home mother can be very isolating. We offer enriching activities for moms and their children during the day, when moms most need support. We believe that having children around is a natural part of motherhood, so mothers can participate and bring their children to every club event. Mothers are welcome to any event no matter the age of their child.
We know that finances can be limited for families that chose to have a stay at home parent; that’s why we offer many free or inexpensive activities and keep our membership dues low.
As a community of mothers, we feel it is very important to support those in need. At a minimum we will perform an annual service project that assists or enriches the lives of at need children in our community.
The Verona area is defined as the 53593 zip code, the Verona School Distict, and the area of Madison bordered south by Mckee and West of the Madison- Fitchburg city line. A majority of group functions will take place in or around Verona. If you do not live in the area defined above but are interested in knowing more about membership, please contact us.
Group functions are governed by the Verona Area Moms Club bylaws. This club maintains an open membership to any mother in our membership area regardless of race, religion, age, or financial ability.
